The Jaipur Literature Festival in Spain: Bridging the Gap between Cultures

Every year, the Jaipur Literature Festival hosts a five-day cultural event in Jaipur. After that, the festival travels to other cities worldwide, providing attendees with a blend of local and Indian literature, arts, and culture throughout the year. 

This year, JLF Spain debuted in Madrid and Valladolid, Spain. As part of the 56th Valladolid Book Fair, which JLF Spain was a part of, visitors could explore historic sites in and around the city. The first edition of JLF Spain coincided with the 20th anniversary of Casa de la India in Valladolid. This foundation promotes cultural, social, and educational connections between Spain and India.
